24 Inch widescreen Question

​ Alright, well I have the 2405 (the first 24 inch widescreen) but I want to hookup my XBOX 360 to my monitor, but I don't have any speakers for it. My question is, what are some speakers that anyone knows of that will work for my monitor, I was looking at the logitech X-540 and it seemed like a good option for the 360, I really don't want the soundbar but I want a good speaker system that I can be able to have my 360 hooked up to my monitor so I can have HD gaming for Gears of War. So, if there's anyone who knows what would work, would be greatly appreciated. ​
